Sometimes we crave nothing more than a simple snack to satisfy our hunger. The cliché that less is sometimes more is especially true, but quality is also important. Here are two very simple but tasty tips with Hajdú Oriental and Lebanese Labnita creams to keep you from getting hungry.
Ingredients for 4 portions:
Turkish Style Labneh
Lebanese Style Labneh
1 large rustic baguette bread
1-2 tablespoons ground sweet red pepper
1-2 tablespoons of zaatar Arabic spice mix
a few drops of olive oil
A few grains of cocktail tomatoes
1. Cut four equal slices of the rustic baguette.
2. Smear two slices with the creamy soft Turkish Style Labneh and two with the pleasantly sour Lebanese Style Labneh.
3. Sprinkle the Turkish Style Labneh slices with zaatar Arabic spice mix and drizzle with a few drops of olive oil.
4. Sprinkle the Lebanese Style Labneh slices lightly with ground red pepper and garnish with fresh parsley.
