This simple, yet delicious Labneh baguette sandwich is recommended for those nights when you can't decide what to have for dinner, but don't want to order food.
Ingredients for 4 portions:
For 1 portion:
1 medium baguette loaf
1-2 tbsp. Turkish Style Labneh
90 g chicken breast ham
3 leaves lollo lettuce
Sliced trappist cheese
1 tablespoon of mustard
1. Cut the baguette in half lengthwise and spread the bottom half with Turkish Style Labneh.
2. Place the cheese on top, then the chicken breast ham, followed by the lettuce and the sliced tomatoes.
3. Spread the top half of the baguette lightly with mustard, then seal the sandwich.
